Pre-digestion
The ability of EasiYo’s Yogurt cultures to pre-digest calcium, protein and other nutrients means they are turned into forms more quickly absorbed by your body. Also the lactose (milk sugar) is converted into lactic acid, which can help improve digestion and hinder the growth of harmful microbes.
Antibiotics
The prolonged use of antibiotics can sometimes have the effect of destroying lactic cultures in the digestive system, leaving it without defence against infections such as thrush. Eating EasiYo yogurt during and after a course of antibiotics may help maintain the “Good” bacteria cultures in the gut.
