Pesto & Sundried Tomato
Ingredients
- ½ cup EASIYO Natural Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
- ¼ cup finely chopped, drained sundried tomatoes in oil
Method
Mix yogurt, pesto and sundried tomatoes together until combined.
Variations/Comments
Use homemade or bought pesto for this recipe and try varying it with other flavoured pestos like coriander or roasted capsicum.
Serve with pasta salads or pizza.

Makes about ¾ cup.
