Ginger & Walnut

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet EasiYo Ice Cream, Vanilla
  • ½ cup (100g) walnuts, chopped
  • ½ cup (55g) Ginger Biscuits, crushed

Method

Fold biscuits and walnuts into the ice
cream. Replace lid and refreeze until
solid.

Variations/Comments

Serve with Maple Syrup,
dessert topping or sprinkle with extra
walnuts or biscuit crumbs.
