Caribbean Coconut Ice

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet EasiYo Ice Cream, Vanilla
  • 1 x 400mL tin Coconut Milk
  • Few drops Coconut Essence, to taste

Method

Substitute Coconut Milk and Coconut
Essence for the water when making the
EasiYo Ice Cream

Variations/Comments

Serve with sliced tropical
fruit and sprinkle with toasted coconut.

Stir into partially frozen ice cream, ΒΌ cup (50g) drained crushed pineapple. Replace lid and refreeze
until solid.
