Banana Yogurt & Cumin
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small onion
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup EasiYo Natural Yogurt
- Fresh coriander
Crush, peel and chop garlic. Peel and chop onion.
Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté onion and garlic for 5 minutes or until clear.
Peel bananas and place with onion and garlic in a blender or food processor.
Add lemon until smooth. Mix in yogurt until combined.
Garnish with coriander. Serve with poppadoms.
Makes 2 cups
